Matthew Nuzum webmaster of Ubuntu, has done called to help to the creation of the banner with the countdown towards the exit of Lucid Lynx, for that there has been opened a wiki where some proposed designs can already be seen.
Obviously there is no yet the elected one, the banner with the countdown will be thrown between the beta 1 and the beta 2 because if you give yourself something of idea with the design and want to collaborate you can do it.
